Right to Correction & Erasure: You can request the correction of inaccurate or misleading data and the erasure of your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected.
Right to Grievance Redressal: You have the right to register a grievance with our designated Data Protection Officer.
Right to Nominate: You have the right to nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
Obligations as a Data Fiduciary
As a Data Fiduciary, eBibil Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will ensure that personal data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently. We employ reasonable security safeguards to prevent personal data breach and will notify the Data Protection Board and affected Data Principals in the event of any such breach.
